Jennifer was born and raised in Big Rapids and attended Ferris State University graduating in 1996 with a Bachelor in Advertising. Upon graduation she joined the International Dairy Queen team as a Field Consultant assisting 52 stores in two states with various issues such as employee management, marketing and menu pricing, as well as opening new stores throughout the Eastern side of the United States. After her son was born, she left IDQ for a position with less travel and found a home with a growing dental practice where she was able to apply her skills to patient recall, creating ideal scheduling for the doctor and increasing collections through effective communications with insurance companies and patients.

In 2003, Jennifer moved home to be close to her family and to return to Ferris State University to study accounting, and in 2005 she graduated with her Bachelors degree. She joined Baker’s Management Service in 2003 as a part-time assistant and upon obtaining her A.B.A. certification, was hired as an accountant. Since that time she has enjoyed working with small businesses to find areas needing improvement, and assist clients with issues such as tax planning.
